Japanese law asks anyone selling at a distance to publish the details below. Headings are given in Japanese first, as the law names them, with the English underneath.

- A day with us. ¥20,000 per person per day for anyone 18 and over, ¥10,000 from 13 to 17, free for children 12 and under. Every day after the first is half price. The plan, without us. ¥30,000 a day for one group, whatever its size. All figures include tax. The exact total is confirmed in writing before you pay.

- Admission tickets, meals, drinks and transport are not included and are paid by you on the day. We tell you roughly what to expect when we send your plan.
- 支払方法How to pay
- Credit and debit card, on a payment page hosted by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never held by us.
- PayPal, on a payment page hosted by PayPal.
- Cash, in person, in Japanese yen.
- 支払時期When payment is due
- Card and PayPal: in full at the moment of booking. The website takes you to the payment page and the booking is held only once that has gone through. Cash: in full when we meet on the day. Nothing is charged at the time of booking, and we confirm the booking by email within 24 hours.
- 役務の提供時期When the service happens
- On the date or dates you booked. The written plan is sent to you in advance, normally within a few days of your enquiry.
- キャンセル・返金についてCancellation and refunds
- Cancel more than three days before the day and you are refunded in full. Two days before or the day before, half is refunded. On the day itself there is no refund, because the day was held for you alone and no one else was taken. Moving your booking to another free date costs nothing, however late you ask. If a typhoon or an official warning makes the day unsafe, we move it at no cost, or refund you in full if you leave Japan before we can.
